How long are product keys valid?

Answer:
Product keys are valid for unlimited time. We recommend to save the product key and the setup file so that you can reinstall the software at a later time.

We provide free updates for at least two years. Download and install the latest version from our server and enter your existing product key.

The aforementioned period for free updates is the minimum time. So far, all updates are free. You can use the latest versions with all product keys purchased since 2005.

Question:
Is there an activation?

Answer:
You must only enter the product key. There is no Internet or phone activation. Consequently, you can still use the software in the unlikey event that 3dtv.at goes out of business.
